Waterproof and easy on the back. Awesome for my rain gear that I take to all the kids sporting events. The bag is strong and very light. Once loaded, the padding makes this a joy to wear. Very glad with this purchase.

Versatile, Well-Built. Anyone familiar with watersport drybags will be able to use this pack easily and effectively. As extra security, the first fold-down is a thinner one that is a Velcro closure. Final fold can leave Nexus snap-clasp in "topside" or down position, depending on use or attachment. Currently using as a hauling bag on SUP, with carabiners and bungees to attach to board. Packing with 10 lbs is easily done, and hip/soullder straps are sized for average-long torso. The one big "hole" in the bag will hold a lot of stuff, and I put water bottles/bladders into it when surfing or doing rougher water paddling. The two outboard bottle pockets cinch down tightly. For the price, I consider this a very good value. Will easily stash through sea kayak main hatches, and its soft nature allows flexibility when jamming into a bulkheaded area. Only thing to be careful with is it's non-breathable nature. Electronics, etc. can be damaged due to temperature difference on water, and condensation can build inside bag.

The Best Buy on a dry bag you'll find anywhere The Best Buy on a dry bag you'll find anywhere! This bag is fantastic in so many ways… Construction is super solid, it's made in Canada so no surprise there. It will also hold quite a volume but even with very little stowed in it, it doesn't seem floppy like some standard backpack certainly would. I bike to work daily & take a change of clothes & shoes, along with rain gear, a bicycle cover, etc., I occasionally pick up several grocery items on the way home too(often more than I plan on)anyway I have never filled this bag more than 2/3 of the way. I also must say that you have a 0% chance of anything inside getting wet, I tested it in the shower for performance immediately since I live in New England & often run into unexpected downpours! Buy this now!

only thing I would like to see would be a couple hooks hanging on ... Well designed, right sized product for the short or long travel if you pack light and efficiently. only thing I would like to see would be a couple hooks hanging on the inside of the bag on short straps so that you could attach items that you want to find rapidly, so they couldnt shift around and settle in the bag... great bag for the money and purpose

I am 6 ft 162 pounds, and this fits extremely well and very comfortable. This backpack is a great universal size. This was most I have paid for a backpack, so I did hesitate at first, but as I've learned over the years you usually get what you pay for. This backpack feels like quality, very solid, very well made and I have no doubt it will last many years of abuse from my backpacking and hiking adventures. Side pockets, hold my 27 and 40 ounce Klean Kanteen bottles perfectly. Remember their are no internal pockets on this model, but I knew that before I purchased this backpack so I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Fast shipping and great customer service as well.

Excellent bag! This backpack kept my camera equipment completely dry during 2 full days of rain. I was on a canoe trip and it was completely exposed. Excellent bag!

Worth its (fully packed) weight in gold. I bought this pack about 8 months ago to replace a Walmart camping pack that now lies at the bottom of Lake Erie. Typically, on my kayak/canoe/powerboat adventures I would use the aforementioned pack loaded with gear I wasn't concerned about keeping dry and carry a drybag or two for the rest. I decided to try this guy out due to the many options for attaching peripherals and side pockets. I've yet to use this in the traditional camping situation, but my girl has thrown me out twice and I have lived out of this thing with great success. I'm a landscape designer that goes out and helps on jobs a lot when it's slow in the office and this has been an excellent lunch box/day pack that keeps my food safe and a clean change of clothes dry. Within minutes it's my gym bag, fitting my dirty gym clothes and wet swim trunks in the side pockets. Today I jammed all my dirty laundry in a garbage bag inside this thing, walked a mile to the bus stop, took the bus downtown and did my laundry. It poured down raining the whole way back, but in the two hours it to get back to the boat my clean laundry was still warm and dry inside, despite me being soaked. It rolls over and closes easy, wears very comfy whether you use the waist and chest straps or just one-shoulder it. It's the perfect backpack, in my opinion. I can attach my keys and a gallon of water to when I'm on the job. A survival knife and trauma kit in the wild. Despite all I've put it through, it's still clean and kinda' stylish if I'm running downtown. It's stood up through a lot and I haven't even taken it camping yet.
