Nice tarp Excellent light weight tarp for backpacking or car camping. Used it once in heavy rain and there was no leaks. Seems well made. I recommend this tarp.
Klasse Teil Kleines Packmaß, wunderbar leicht und super praktisch im Aufbau. Die Heringe habe ich noch um ein paar stärkere ergänzt. Lieferung und Service waren auch optimal.
Excellent! There's no better tarp than an aqua quest. 20,000mm?!? Just amazing. I've literally had pools of water hanging over my head when I woke up in my hammock and not a drop seeped through. I have 3 different sizes for different bushcraft and backpacking needs. I've also used many less expensive hammock and standard tarps. None compare to the quality of an aqua quest!
For Hammock camping Gift for my daughter-in-law. It's just what she wanted, so she is happy.
Perfect for backpacking Very well made tarp, and it is light weight and packs small. It is perfect for what I wanted, something to keep in the pocket of my backpack. Plenty of tie off loops.
Four Stars lite weight good tarp as advertised
Weight is great for Silny It arrived promptly, was as expected. Quality manufacturing. I used it on a 2 day hike on the AT in MD first day had rain, I pitched it in a diamond configuration, I stayed dry, no leaks on seams or anywhere on the tarp. The second day got chilly and windy so that night I pitched it in a square storm configuration with some shock cord tensioners. It stayed night and taught and no rips tears or other signs of stress. My only wish is if it had a few more tie outs along the ridge and sides, (not the edges, plenty there). I used a button and cord to make a pullout for the side with no problems caused on the tarp. Seems quite durable. Weight is great for Silny. Of course it's not as light a cuben fiber but at the price I'm all in. Would buy again and recommend to a friend.
This tarp can be used to provide great cover for a hammock in a diamond pitch I just got this tarp in the mail. Typical Aqua Quest quality. Light and compact with 17 welI-sewn loops - NO grommets. This tarp can be used to provide great cover for a hammock in a diamond pitch. It also can be used as a tarp on the ground in a variety of configurations. This has the best waterproofing in the business - 20,000 mm of hydrostatic pressure. What does that mean? This fabric will hold the pressure of 20 m or slightly more than 20 yards of water! Most tarps provide coatings with only 1000 to 2000 mm. You cannot beat the rain protection for the weight.
